BREAK BULK VESSELS
Our long-standing experience booking break bulk vessels has gained us a strong reputation on the shipping market. We work only with primary counterparts both on time charter basis as well as parcelling and are able to build trustworthy relationships with our shipping stakeholders, which include stevedoring, brokers, port terminals, operators and vessel owners, among others. When booking lorry trucks for our customers, we consider any road restrictions, such as weight limits, low bridges, tolls, or seasonal closures as well as traffic patterns to avoid areas prone to heavy congestion to save time and fuel. We must often consider various lorry types for each good that we transport (e.g., flatbed, tipper, containerized, etc.). Unloading modality can also have an impact on the selection of suitable truck type as our customer’s warehouses often have unloading equipment that need to be matches with the type of lashing and securing.
